About The Baker
Hey there! I’m Kira Weston, the head baker and visionary behind Rainy Days Bakery! I’ve loved baking ever since I was a kid, and some of my favorite holiday memories are of making cookies with family and friends. Now, I’m a professionally trained chocolatier with 4 1/2 years of experience and a background in customer service. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, I always wanted to turn my passion of baking into a business, and thus, Rainy Days Bakery was created.
To me, rainy days are the BEST days…the days when you settle in on the couch with a cozy blanket and warm chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven, listening to the rain against the window as you put on your favorite tv show or read a great book. But rainy days can also be an expression for the bad days. The days when nothing has gone right and you just need a little something to get you through…maybe even something a little sweet. Because sometimes, that’s all you need to turn around a rainy day.

Do You Have a Physical Location?
Rainy Days Bakery is a cottage food business run out of a home kitchen in The Meadows of Castle Rock. While we don’t have a physical store-front at this time, we do operate mostly through events and pop-ups as well as by taking orders through our website and facebook marketplace to be picked up at our convienent porch pick-up location.
What's Your Refund Policy?
CANCELLED ORDERS: Orders cancelled more than 2 days before pickup date will receive a 100% refund. Orders cancelled 1 day before pickup date will receive a 50% refund. Any orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup will not receive a refund as ingredients will have already been purchased, and the order might have already began preparation.
UNSATISFIED ORDERS: If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we’ll try to make it right.
Do You Offer Shipping?
We are not currently set up to offer shipping through our website. However, if there is something off of our menu you would like to have shipped, feel free to contact us and we’ll see if we can find a way to accommodate you.
